Terms of use

Rules for using the Learn Up platform.

1. General

These terms govern the use of the learn-up.uz website and the Learn Up platform. By registering you accept them. The terms for buying paid courses are in the “Public offer”; how your data is handled is in the “Privacy policy”.

2. Account

An account belongs to one person; sharing it or letting others use it is prohibited.
Provide accurate details — the name on your certificate is taken from them.
Keep your password secret. If someone else signs in, change your password at once and tell us.
Users under 18 register with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Prohibited conduct

Recording, downloading, copying or distributing course materials.
Submitting someone else's work in quizzes or assignments; bypassing quiz protection.
Insults, threats, spam, advertising or unlawful content.
Interfering with the platform, attempting to break its security, or accessing other people's accounts.

4. User content

Authors are responsible for their comments, reviews, blog posts and other content. You grant the Platform a free, non-exclusive right to display it. Moderators may remove content that breaks the rules without notice.

5. Teachers

Teachers warrant that they hold the rights to the materials they publish and are responsible for their accuracy.
A course is moderated before publication; a moderator may return it with a stated reason.
The platform's and the teacher's shares of sales follow a separate agreement with the Provider; each payment is split at the rate in force when it was made.
A live course teacher holds sessions on schedule, keeps attendance and grades in the journal, and warns students in advance when a session is cancelled.

6. Account restrictions

If the terms are broken the Platform may remove content or block the account temporarily or permanently. Decisions can be appealed at info@learn-up.uz.

7. Liability and availability

Reasonable measures are taken to keep the Platform running, but maintenance or unexpected failures may cause short interruptions. Learning outcomes (for example passing an exam or finding a job) depend on the student's own effort and are not guaranteed.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A new version is published on this page with its date; significant changes are announced in advance.
