1. General provisions

This document is the official offer of [Sole proprietor Full Name] (the Provider) to deliver paid online educational services through the learn-up.uz website and the Learn Up platform (the Platform) — a public offer under Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Paying for a course constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (Article 370 of the Civil Code; Article 19 of the Law on Electronic Commerce). Upon acceptance the contract is deemed concluded in writing.

The offer is drawn up in Uzbek. The Russian and English texts are provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Uzbek text prevails.

2. Definitions

  • Customer (Student) — an individual registered on the Platform who has paid for a course.
  • Course — a study programme on the Platform: a recorded video course or a scheduled live (group) course.
  • Teacher — the person who prepared the course and (for live courses) conducts the sessions.
  • Personal account — the Student's area on the Platform: courses, lessons, grades, certificates.

3. Subject of the contract

The Provider grants the Student access to the materials of the selected course, and the Student pays its price. The scope of the service, number of lessons, schedule and access period are stated on the course page and form an integral part of this offer.

  • Recorded course: after payment all lessons open in the personal account — for the access period shown on the course page or, if none is shown, for as long as the Platform operates.
  • Live course: the Student attends scheduled online sessions and submits homework; attendance and grades are kept in a journal. The number of seats in a group is shown on the course page.
  • When the course requirements are met the Platform issues an electronic certificate, verifiable on the website's verification page.

4. How the contract is concluded and the service delivered

  • The Student registers with an email address and accepts the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
  • On the course page the Student reviews the description, programme, price and terms and presses “Buy”.
  • Payment is made via the Payme or Click payment systems. Once payment is confirmed the course opens in the personal account immediately.
  • The electronic fiscal receipt is issued by the payment system.

5. Price and payment

The course price is shown on its page in Uzbek soum. Any discount, its size and validity are shown there as well. The price at the moment of payment applies and does not change afterwards.

Bank card details are never passed to the Provider — only the payment system processes them.

6. Rights and obligations

The Provider:

  • delivers the service in the scope published on the course page;
  • notifies the Student in advance if a live session is rescheduled or cancelled and holds it at another time;
  • protects the Student's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Student:

  • follows the Terms of Use and does not share the account;
  • does not record, copy or distribute course materials to third parties;
  • pays on time.

7. Refunds

Refund conditions and procedure are set out in the “Refund policy” document on the website, which forms an integral part of this offer. Money is returned by the same method it was paid with.

8. Intellectual property

Course materials (videos, texts, quizzes, assignments) are protected by copyright. The Student may use them for personal study only. Recording, copying, distributing materials or sharing the account is prohibited and leads to the account being blocked.

9. Liability

The parties are liable for non-performance under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Provider is not responsible for failures of the Student's internet connection or device. Technical failures of the Platform are fixed as quickly as possible; a disrupted live session is held again.

10. Disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation. The Student sends a claim to info@learn-up.uz; the Provider reviews it within 10 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved by the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Validity and changes

The offer takes effect when published on the website. The Provider may amend it; a new version applies to payments made after its publication. Courses already paid for are delivered on the terms in force at the moment of payment.
