Refund policy

1. Recorded courses

If you apply within 7 days of payment and have watched less than 20% of the course lessons, the full amount is refunded.

After 7 days, once 20% or more of the lessons have been watched, or after a certificate has been issued, the service is considered delivered and no refund is made.

2. Live courses

• Before the first session — the full amount is refunded.
• After the course has started — the amount corresponding to the sessions not yet held is refunded.
• If a session did not take place through the Provider's fault it is held again; if that is not possible, the share of that session is refunded.

3. How to apply

Write to info@learn-up.uz or use the Contact page on the website: your registration email, the course name and the payment date. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

If the refund is approved, the money is returned by the same method (Payme or Click) within 10 business days and access to the course is closed.

4. Exceptions

Payments for an account blocked for a serious breach of the Terms of Use (distributing course materials, sharing the account) are not refunded unless the law provides otherwise.
